Paul Gibbs
Paul lives in Hudson Falls, upstate NY with his wife Wanda and their children Jessica and Scott (so THAT'S where the name "Jesscott" comes from!) Paul has performed in the greater Glens Falls area since the '70s. He was a member of the popular local group "Sensation" from 1983 to 1995, and in "Travelin", another group popular in our area in the '70s. He started performing, writing and recording Christian music in 1994, and was also a member of the Christian duo "Touch Of Faith". Paul performs concerts at churches and other events and locations, bringing his music, and occasionally other Christian artists, to the stage! (By the way, Paul has been known to sing for apple pie!)

"Blessed" was released in 2002. (CLICK HERE to listen). This project is very special, as it was the first to feature Paul's daughter JESSICA, both in a duet with Dad called "Peace Be Still", and as soloist on "My Peace" (with LINDSEY BELOSA on violin). Also featured are the vocal gifts of "The TRIPLE-A SISTERS" and Willie & Michelle HARRIS as backup vocalists on several songs, and JILL SMITH on saxophone.

Jerry Mabb, from Fort Edward, wrote "Love Isn't Love (Till You Give It Away)", and graciously allowed Paul to include it on this album project. "Somewhere To Belong" is a collaboration of Paul and Mary Ellen Barlow. "We Come To Praise" is a Neil Diamond-ish praise & worship song, while"My Gift To You" emulates the style of Barry Manilow and will certainly appeal to Christian Barry fans! Other songs include favorite "In The Garden", Paul's original "Verge Of Tears", and 70's hit "Let's Give Adam & Eve Another Chance", originally recorded by Gary Puckett & the Union Gap (featuring JILL SMITH on saxophone). Paul also pays tribute once again to The Lawrence Family by including "More Than I Deserve", which has been a VERY meaningful song for him for many years. There are 12 songs in all on the project. This album is dedicated to Paul's parents, Frederick and Frances (Gould) Gibbs, who adopted Paul in February 1957.
"BECAUSE", released in January 1997, features three of Paul's original songs: "For A Child Is Gone", "Lawrence Family Tribute", and "Makin' My Way Back To You". Mary Ellen Barlow (of Fort Edward, NY) wrote "Deliver This To Daddy", a song dedicated to the memory of her father. Paul also included "The Old Rugged Cross", "I'm Looking To You", "I Believe He Died For Me" (Statlers) and "Love In Any Language" (from Sandi Patty) to round out this 8-song project.

(No longer in production - selected songs released on "Now And Again", spring '08)
"WHERE WILL YOU GO?" (1998) includes "One Day At A Time", "Because He Lives", some new original songs like "It Should've Been Me", and (of course) the title song "Where Will You Go?" Paul also departed from the Inspirational theme for one song, with a tune he wrote for his wife Wanda called "Happiness To Me (Is Loving You)".
